6/2/2023: CT chest/abdomen/pelvis showing 2 enlarged lymph nodes near mass and possible liver abnormality

6/4/2023: MRI liver with possible mass vs. hemangioma

6/6/2023: Ultrasound liver showing hemangioma

6/6/2023: Biopsy result of Adenocarcinoma

6/8/2023: PET scan showing 2 liver lesions

6/13/2023: Appt with Memorial Sloan Kettering – plan for 2-3 mo chemo then surgery then 6 mo chemo

6/20/2023: met with MSK oncology to finalize plan- chemo every other week for 4-6 rounds then reassess for surgery

6/22/2023: Port placed

6/26/2023: chemo start, dose every two weeks.

8/3/2023: Repeat PET/CT scan after 5th round of chemo

9/5/2023: follow up appointment – great news!! tumors have shrunk considerably and no further chemo needed. Sachin may proceed directly to surgery!

9/13/2023: Surgery date! Sigmoid colon resection, partial liver resection, hepatic artery infusion pump placement.
